Semue P. Chapman has over 44 years of progressive, responsible experience in accounting, auditing, tax, technology, finance, business development and human capital consulting for clients throughout the tri-states. Mr. Chapman has extensive working knowledge of the following industries:

Additionally, he provides individualized client staff training, health care management and research, consulting with medical organizations in regard to the ever-changing health care environment, changes in practices and patterns and reimbursement issues. Mr. Chapman is the founder and Managing Principal of The CA Group, LLC.

McKinley Jones, CPA, MBA

McKinley Jones has over 34 years of accounting and management consulting experience. Mr. Jones is the founder and Managing Partner of McKinley Jones and Associates, C.P.A.s. Mr. Jones has primary responsibility for Government, Small Business Management Advisory Services, and managing the daily operation of the firm. Prior to establishing the firm, he held several management positions with a Fortune 500 company. Additionally, Mr. Jones was controller for a small entrepreneurial firm.

Kingsley D. Maitland, CPA, MBA

Mr. Maitland has 21 years of public accounting experiences in taxation, attestation engagement, and consulting and management advisory service. Mr. Maitland is an entrepreneurial accountant who is professional, dynamic and dedicated to client service. Mr. Maitland started his career with Systems for Success, Ltd. consulting on small business management advisory issues, payroll administration and tax preparation. His career continued with Clifton Gunderson, LLC working on Government contract audits in the State of Indiana. These engagements included auditing hospitals and nursing homes that accepted Medicaid and Medicare patients. Additionally, Mr. Maitland worked for Katz, Sapper and Miller, LLP where he had the opportunity to obtain extensive experience working with various entities on audit, consulting and taxation engagements.

Mr. Maitland was the lead auditor assigned for over a year on Emmis Broadcasting Corporation audit and review in conjunction with Arthur Andersen.
